JYJ is making their comeback with a new album in the second half of the year. Members Kim Jaejoong and Park Yoochun are expected to enlist in the military after their album release.
On the morning of June 5, an official from JYJ’s management company C-JeS Entertainment told Star News: “JYJ’s new album is expected to be released in the second half of this year. No specific date has been decided yet, and currently the members are in the middle of working on the album. Their concerts are planned but as of yet the specifics will be discussed further”.
JYJ’s album this time is almost 3 years after their 1st regular album ‘The Beginning’ in 2011. The members had planned their new album last year originally but they held their individual activities each and the album release was postponed.
Also the official said about the members ahead of their military enlistment: “Park Yoochun and Kim Jaejoong are due for their military enlistment. They plan to do their military enlistment after JYJ’s new album release”. For Kim Junsu, his military enlistment plans still remains unanswered explicitly.
Meanwhile JYJ member Park Yoochun is meeting fans in Asia through fanmeetings after finishing SBS drama ‘Three Days’ recently. Kim Jaejoong is presently filming MBC Mon-Tue drama ‘Triangle’, and Kim Junsu is meeting with audiences through musical ‘Dracula’.
